Wendy is a distinguished professional with over 15 years of experience in the MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) industry, making her an invaluable resource for corporate planners seeking the perfect incentive travel experiences in Guanacaste, Costa Rica. Throughout her career, Wendy has demonstrated a deep commitment to customer service and teamwork, qualities that have earned her a reputation as a trusted leader in the hospitality industry.
In her previous roles, Wendy successfully designed, coordinated, and delivered numerous high-end incentive travel programs at The Westin Reserva Conchal, partnering with some of the most respected third-party and global incentive travel planners. Her expertise in understanding the unique needs and pressures of corporate planners, coupled with her ability to manage complex, multi-team productions, ensures that every event she oversees is executed flawlessly.
After two successful years as Events Director for the San Juan Marriott Stellaris & Casino in Puerto Rico, Wendy has returned to Costa Rica, bringing with her a wealth of experience and a passion for excellence. She knows that the true success of an incentive travel program lies not only in its seamless execution but also in creating memorable experiences that leave participants feeling valued and rewarded. Wendy’s ability to anticipate and exceed client expectations has made her a preferred partner for many corporate planners who value trust and long-term relationships.
